Current task - working on Sumbler, Dixon and Strange lines...

I've ordered film from the family history library for areas in Wiltshire where the Sumbler, Dixon and Strange families are from... I may order a few more (like Ramsbury) shortly as my scope seems to be widening in my search for documentation. I just wish that I had more Sumbler histories. I only have a small bit information that my great grandfather wrote about the boat he came to America on with his family in 1864. Others have done some research, but it's time to do my own and see what I can find.
